Tuition Assistance Grants
The Greater Lansing Catholic Education Foundation provides need-based tuition assistance grants to families whose children attend a Catholic school in the Northwest Region of the Diocese of Lansing (Clinton, Eaton, Ingham and Shiawassee Counties). All school families are welcome to apply! Grant applications are now available! Applications must be mailed by March 19, 2012. Applications are assessed by Private School Aid Service, an independent organization that determines the financial need of the applicants. Schools and families are notified of grant awards around May 1, 2012 and grants are paid directly to the schools in the fall.
The GLCEF Tuition Assistance Grant program uses the same application as the Diocesan Scholarship, as well as IHM-St Casimir, Lansing Catholic High School, St. Gerard, St. Martha and St. Thomas Aquinas. Only one application is needed to be eligible for need-based assistance from these sources. For families with students in another Catholic school in our community, please contact your individual school office to learn about local assistance opportunities.
